W I Abley Pty Ltd trading as Rejuvenation by Vienna is committed to providing the best service promptly and accommodating your needs. This cancellation policy respects both your time and ours by outlining the cancellation process and applicable fees. We aim to be upfront about costs and ensure fairness for all clients. -
Booking Fee
The booking fee is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment. It is $50 or 30% of the total service cost, whichever is higher. Pay by credit card, debit card, Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, cash, or other accepted methods. -
Cancellation Process
We understand you may need to cancel. Please provide at least 72 hours' notice by calling 0403 786 606 or emailing rejuvenationbyvienna@gmail.com so we can offer your spot to another client. Cancellation fees apply if notice is less than 72 hours. -
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late but within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment, your appointment may be shortened to fit the remaining time, and the full service fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we will need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In this case, a cancellation fee will be incurred. -
Cancellation Fee
The cancellation fee is $50 or 30% of your service cost, whichever is higher. This fee may be deducted from your booking fee or charged to your registered payment method. Full payment is due within 48 hours of receipt of the invoice. -
Refund policy
Services are non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 72 hours in advance, the amount paid will be credited to a future booking. Refunds of any deposit are at the discretion of Rejuvenation by Vienna. -

By booking, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking Policy. You acknowledge that reserving an appointment implies you will incur a cancellation fee if you cancel within 72 hours or fail to attend the appointment.
